Connect the player though the KARAOKE OUT connectors to your audio playback system (speakers, amplifier, mixer), the microphones can only be heard when the speakers/audio playback system is connect through the KARAOKE OUT connectors.
If you use your television as your audio playback device, you must connect the audio through the KARAOKE OUT connectors and video through the yellow VIDEO connector. However, we don't recommend you using your television as your audio playback device, because the speakers don't usually cut it for playback for karaoke and they can break easily.
You can onlyget video and music out from the HDMI connection, it doesn't output microphone sound.
Check the microphones and the microphone cables if they work.
MICROPHONES ARE TOO QUIET!
Connect the microphone(s) to the front panels MIC 1 or MIC 2 connector.
Mix your microphones and music:
Set your music volume to 2 through the remotes MUSIC- button.
Adjust the microphone volume a bit over half with the MIC VOLUME knob (around 2 o'clock position).
Check that the microphones ON/OFF switch is set to ON.
Check that the microphone works by talking into it.
Begin to adjust the volume of your audio output device (amplifier, active speakers, TV, etc.) until your voice can be heard clearly.
Adjust the music volume with the remotes MUSIC+ button, so that both the music and your voice can be heard crystal clear.
THE PLAYER DOESN'T PLAY SONGS FROM USB STICK OR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE
The only supported file format for USB memory sticks and external hard drives is FAT32.
The external hard drive must have a external power supply.
Check that the resolution of the video files don't exceed the DVD quality (720x576)
